I Moved To The Hudson Valley Region of New York

I want to share some exciting news regarding my life. My wife and I moved back to New York.


  • I was born and raised on Long Island.

  • I spent eight years in college and medical school in Upstate New York.

  • I wanted to spice things up a little bit, so I moved to Chicago for three years for my Family Medicine residency.

  • I have now joined Nuvance Health/Northwell Health in Fishkill, NY as a Family Medicine Physician.

There was a point in my Chicago journey where the traffic became too much, where the construction became omnipresent, and where there was a lack of footage in the square-footage of our shoe-box apartment. We're going to miss the Lincoln Park neighborhood, but we can always go back and visit.


I think we're really going to like it here in the Hudson Valley. I plan on hiking, biking, and relaxing. Also, I needed my real pizza and bagels back.
